Instructions
Slice an apple into thin slices.
Heat the oil in a frying pan on highish heat. After it's warmed up add the apple slices. Flip a few times and cook them until they've browned. This takes about five minutes.
Reduce the heat to medium and add the splash of maple syrup and cinnamon and let the apple slices soften further. Stir occasionally.
While waiting for the apples to be ready, mix all the oatmeal ingredients together and cook in the microwave for about two minutes.
Once everything is ready add the apple slices to the oatmeal, and add the other toppings to the bowl as well as a splash of oat milk. Enjoy!

This recipe is written as a single serving but can be doubled easy as pie. ;)
