Make a fresh shot of espresso.
Depending on how strong you like your coffee, steam the desired amount of oat milk to go with one 1 shot of espresso. Or if you don't have a steamer you can heat the milk in a small saucepan or in a mug in the microwave.
Mix in an approximate tablespoon of raw cacao powder, a small splash peppermint extract and pure vanilla extract in with the milk. I used a milk frother to mix it all together.
Add the espresso shot and mix again. Personally I didn’t add sweetener but you can add agave if you wish for added sweetener.
Taste and adjust as necessary.
Top with foamed oat milk and cacao powder dusting.
