Mix together all of the dry ingredients in a medium sized mixing bowl. Then add the cold butter in cubes. Pinch the butter together with the dry mixture until coarse crumbs are produced as a result.
Then mix the wet ingredients in a small bowl. Mix well. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
Knead the dough slightly.
Form 8 scones.
Place the scones on baking sheets. Bake in the oven for 16-18 minutes until the edges have browned slightly.
I like to eat these with vegan butter and cloudberry jam and a cup of coffee or tea. Enjoy!!
