Pour the oat cream, raw sugar, and corn starch in a saucepan and heat up until a light boil. Whisk the mixture until everything has dissolved.
When the mixture has become a little thicker, add the saffron, vanilla and salt. You can tell that the mixture has become thicker because it coats the back of a spoon better now.
Let the mixture cool completely before pouring it into your ice cream maker.
