Ingredients
  

  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ cup frozen mango pieces
  • ½ cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 blood orange or two if they're really small
  • fresh ginger
  • splash of cold water just enough to get the mixer going

Method
 

  1. Add all the ingredients to a high speed blender and mix until smooth. Enjoy immediately. :)
