Healthy Matcha Coconut Yogurt Bark

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ΒΌ cups coconut yogurt or vanilla vegan yogurt
  • 1 tbsp good quality matcha powder
  • 2 tbsp optional agave syrup
  • dried strawberries
  • dried raspberries
  • vegan white chocolate
  • toasted coconut flakes

Method
 

  1. Mix the sweetener with the yogurt.
  2. Pour and spread the yogurt out evenly over a baking sheet.
  3. Sprinkle all the toppings over the yogurt.
  4. Place the yogurt in the freezer until it has frozen solid.
  5. When the yogurt is frozen, break into pieces and enjoy!
