Ingredients
  

  • 1 ΒΌ cups coconut yogurt or vanilla vegan yogurt
  • 1 tbsp good quality matcha powder
  • 2 tbsp optional agave syrup
  • dried strawberries
  • dried raspberries
  • vegan white chocolate
  • toasted coconut flakes

Instructions
 

  • Mix the sweetener with the yogurt.
  • Pour and spread the yogurt out evenly over a baking sheet.
  • Sprinkle all the toppings over the yogurt.
  • Place the yogurt in the freezer until it has frozen solid.
  • When the yogurt is frozen, break into pieces and enjoy!
