Healthy Minty Lime Vegan Green Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • approx 1 tbsp fresh ginger
  • approx 1 ½ tbsp fresh lime juice
  • fresh mint leaves
  • ½ cup frozen apple
  • 1 ripe frozen banana
  • 1 cup spinach 
  • ½ cup frozen pineapple 
  • ice water Add just enough ice water to get your mixer going 

Method
 

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender and mix until smooth.
  2. Pour the smoothie in a glass and enjoy immediately. :)
