Preheat the oven to 160 degrees celsius.
Add all ingredients (except chocolate) to a medium sized mixing bowl and combine.
Once the ingredients are completely combined, scoop the dough onto an oven tray in about 12-14 rounded tablespoon sized balls.
Bake in the oven for about 14 minutes, remove once they become golden on the edges. Let the macaroons cool completely before adding the chocolate.
Melt the chocolate in a water bath and drizzle it onto the macaroons (you can even dip the bottom as well if you want more chocolate!) and then let them cool again before storing the macaroons in an airtight container. Enjoy!
