wasa crispbread
2
big scoops
hummus
about 10
slices
cucumber
one small
handful
fresh dill
1
handful
toasted pumpkin seeds
drizzle
of
olive oil
freshly
ground
black pepper
to taste
sea salt
to taste
Instructions
Take two slices of Wasa Crispbread and slather on some hummus.
Wash the cucumber and dill.
Slice thin slices of cucumber and spread them out on the hummus.
Chop the dill and spread the dill out on the cucumber.
Sprinkle on some toasted pumpkin seeds.
Drizzle with olive oil, freshly ground pepper and sea salt.
Enjoy!
