Method
- Whisk together all the chia pudding ingredients. Mix until the chia seeds are evenly distributed throughout the liquid ingredients.
- Place the chia pudding in the fridge and let the chia seeds expand for minimum 3-4 hours but overnight is usually what I do.
- In the morning make the smoothie in a blender.
- Scoop some chia pudding in the bottom of a glass with strawberry slices, followed by granola, then strawberry yogurt, and then strawberry slices, and topped with strawberry smoothie on top. Sprinkle more granola on top if you wish with more strawberry. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
Notes
*The amounts of banana and strawberries vary depending on how much smoothie you want and how many servings you are preparing at once. For two smallish parfait servings I used one frozen banana and a handful of fresh strawberries.
