Rosemary Caramelised Peaches

Ingredients
  

  • 2 fresh peaches
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
  • 2-3 tbsp coconut sugar or liquid sweetener
  • splash of pure vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Slice the peaches in small segments.
  • Melt the coconut oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the rosemary.
  • Add the peaches, sweetener, and vanilla.
  • Stir the peaches after a while, so both sides of the peach slices are evenly softened.
  • Remove the peaches from the stove once they are soft and sweetened. Let them cool a minute or two before adding the peaches to your favourite plant based yogurt or ice cream! Don't forget to use the syrup from the peaches in the pan too! Enjoy!
