Melt the coconut oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the rosemary.
Add the peaches, sweetener, and vanilla.
Stir the peaches after a while, so both sides of the peach slices are evenly softened.
Remove the peaches from the stove once they are soft and sweetened. Let them cool a minute or two before adding the peaches to your favourite plant based yogurt or ice cream! Don't forget to use the syrup from the peaches in the pan too! Enjoy!
