Slice the pears in half and remove the seeds. Peel the pears if you wish.
Add the oats, water, and salt to a saucepan and stir together. Cook the oats following the instructions on the bag. I cooked mine for about 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
While the oats are cooking, melt the coconut oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the rosemary.
Then place the pears in the pan with a splash or two of maple syrup and vanilla.
Cook the pears until they get golden brown and caramelised on both sides. Try to avoid excessive flipping so they keep their pretty pear shape.
Once the oatmeal is close to being done, add a splash or two of vanilla extract, and maple syrup. Mix and combine.
When the pears and oatmeal are ready, add the oatmeal to two bowls and place pear slices on top. Then sprinkle the bowls with puffed quinoa, chopped pecans, and leftover syrup from the pear frying pan! So good!!!
Pour as much oat milk into your bowl as you wish and enjoy!!
