pumpkin spice (or a mix of cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, nutmeg, allspice)

vanilla extract

sea salt
sprinkle

coconut sugar

Toppings
pumpkin seeds
maple syrup or date syrup
oat milk
Instructions
Stir all the ingredients together in a microwave safe bowl.
Cook the oatmeal in the microwave for 2-3 minutes.
Stir again.
Top with pumpkin seeds, walnuts, maple syrup or date syrup, and oat milk.
