The Most Delicious Peanut Butter Chocolate Dipped Oreos

A quick and easy no bake recipe. Oreos covered in peanut butter dipped in dark chocolate, doesn't get much tastier than that!

Ingredients
  

  • natural peanut butter
  • oreos
  • your favourite dark chocolate
  • roasted peanuts
  • sea salt* *or use roasted salted peanuts and skip the sea salt

Instructions
 

  • I haven't included the amount of chocolate etc, because it all depends on how many Oreos you would like to make! Start by choosing a number of Oreos that you would like to make. I've kept leftovers in the freezer and in the fridge.
  • Spread peanut butter on each Oreo, about 1 tsp for each Oreo. But if you want more/less go for it! :)
  • Chop the roasted peanuts to decorate the dipped oreos.
  • Once all the Oreos have peanut butter on them, melt the dark chocolate carefully in the microwave or in a water bath over the stove.
  • Prepare a baking sheet or somewhere to place all the dipped Oreos as the chocolate hardens. I've done two options, I put them on a baking sheet and then place them in the fridge to harden, or put the Oreos on a plate and then into the fridge.
  • Then the next step is to dip each Oreo in the melted chocolate until each Oreo is completely covered in the chocolate. Then place them somewhere the chocolate can harden. Sprinkle the dipped Oreos with the salted roasted peanuts. If you have unsalted peanuts, add a sprinkle of sea salt because sea salt is sooo good with dark chocolate.
  • Keep the dipped Oreos in the fridge so they don't get melty if you have leftovers. I like making a proper batch so they last a few days. Enjoy! :)
