Vanilla Pear Smoothie

This vanilla pear smoothie is sweet and satisfying, and sneaks in extra greens so you won't even notice you're eating veggies!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe pears I used two smaller sized pears. Peeled if you don't like the thick skin, but I kept the skin on.
  • 1 large frozen banana (or two small)
  • 1 handful spinach
  • ½ cup ice water
  • ½ cup oat milk or other plant milk for gluten free!
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • roasted coconut flakes for topping optional

Method
 

  1. Throw everything except the coconut flakes into a high speed blender and mix! Once it's completely smooth pour your smoothie into a big glass (or two smaller glasses) and top with the coconut flakes. Enjoy! :)
