2ripe pearsI used two smaller sized pears. Peeled if you don't like the thick skin, but I kept the skin on.
1large frozen banana(or two small)
1handfulspinach
½cupice water
½cupoat milkor other plant milk for gluten free!
1tsppure vanilla extract
roasted coconut flakes for toppingoptional
Method
Throw everything except the coconut flakes into a high speed blender and mix! Once it's completely smooth pour your smoothie into a big glass (or two smaller glasses) and top with the coconut flakes. Enjoy! :)
