Instructions
Peel and slice an apple in thin slices.
Whisk together all the ingredients and then dip the bread in the liquid for about 10 seconds on each side.
Heat up a pan on medium heat for the apple slices and add the vegan butter then the apple slices and other apple topping ingredients. Flip the slices as they brown and soften.
Then cook the bread for 2-3 minutes on each side on medium heat until the slices are golden brown.
Then assemble everything on a plate and enjoy!!

I modified a basic Vegan French Toast recipe from Nora Cooks to make this french toast recipe, I altered her recipe and then I added all the apple pie toppings.
