Vegan Dark Chocolate and Peanut Butter Stuffed Medjool Dates - Healthy Plant Based Candy

Ingredients
  

  • medjool dates
  • 100% natural, unsweetened peanut butter
  • dark vegan chocolate
  • salted roasted peanuts, finely chopped

Instructions
 

  • I didn't include measurements as this recipe is very much up to you and what you like. Take the dates and cut them lengthwise and remove the pits. Spoon in a bit of peanut butter in each date and set aside.
  • Carefully melt the vegan chocolate in either the microwave or in a water bath on the stove.
  • When the chocolate has melted, dip each date individually in the chocolate and either cover the dates completely so they're enveloped in chocolate, or dip them only partly in the chocolate if you wish to have less chocolate. Sprinkle the finely chopped salted roasted peanuts on the chocolate covered dates.
  • Place the dates in the fridge until the chocolate has set. Enjoy!! These dates go marvelously with a nice cup of coffee or tea!
