*Before making this recipe roast raw almonds in the oven for about 10 minutes at 175 degrees Celsius. Since the time needed varies depending on the oven, keep an eye on the almonds, because you don’t want them to burn! Otherwise if you would like to keep the recipe raw, simply use raw almonds of course, but the flavour is richer with the roasted almonds.
