Refreshing Tropical Smoothie With Spice

A refreshing smoothie full of tropical fruits, creamy coconut milk, and spice from ginger and cinnamon! Perfect as breakfast, a snack, or dessert. All fruit in the smoothie is frozen because it makes a really tasty and thick nice cream as a result. YUM! But you can easily use fresh too, the smoothie just won’t be as cold and thick. Enjoy!

Healthy and refreshing tropical creamy smoothie with spice!

Ingredients
  

  • 200 ml coconut milk
  • 2 ripe, frozen, medium sized bananas
  • ½ cup frozen mango
  • ½ cup frozen strawberries
  • cup frozen pineapple
  • splash of pure vanilla extract
  • fresh grated ginger
  • dash of ceylon cinnamon
  • pomegranate seeds, strawberries, mango, pineapple, coconut flakes optional toppings

Instructions
 

  • Toss everything in a high speed mixer and blend away. Pour in two glasses and top with optional toppings. Enjoy!
