Healthy Two Ingredient Sour Grape Vegan Popsicles (Refined Sugar Free)
These grape popsicles literally taste like delicious sour candy, but healthy!! Dreamy! Grapes freeze really well and become a bit creamy. This doesn’t even really qualify as a recipe since it’s so incredibly simple. Literally all you have to do is mix grapes in a blender with lime juice and/or with sweetener and then pour in popsicle forms and freeze them! Not only are these popsicles delicious and super easy to make, but they’re also super refreshing! I hope you enjoy this perfect summer treat!
Healthy Sour Grape Vegan Popsicles (Refined Sugar Free)
Ingredients
- Green grapes
- Lime juice
- Liquid sweetener (optional – I found it wasn't needed, depends on the grapes)
Instructions
- Washrinse the grapes. Pour the grapes into a blender. Squeeze fresh lime into the blender and mix until smooth.
- Taste the mixture and add more lime if needed. Add optional liquid sweetener (such as agave syrup or maple syrup, but I found it wasn't necessary) if desired. Mix again if you added more to the mixture.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle forms, and then place in the freezer to freeze the popsicles! Enjoy!
