Healthy Matcha Coconut Yogurt Bark
Ingredients
- 1 ¼ cups coconut yogurt or vanilla vegan yogurt
- 1 tbsp good quality matcha powder
- 2 tbsp optional agave syrup
- dried strawberries
- dried raspberries
- vegan white chocolate
- toasted coconut flakes
Instructions
- Mix the sweetener with the yogurt.
- Pour and spread the yogurt out evenly over a baking sheet.
- Sprinkle all the toppings over the yogurt.
- Place the yogurt in the freezer until it has frozen solid.
- When the yogurt is frozen, break into pieces and enjoy!
