Healthy Vegan Dill Hummus Sandwich

Healthy Vegan Dill Hummus Sandwich

This Healthy Vegan Dill Hummus Sandwich is SO delicious and easy to make. It is a super nutritious and well balanced meal. It’s got protein, fibre, healthy vitamins and minerals. This toastie was inspired by some leftover hummus I had in the fridge that I wanted to make ✨fancy✨ so I looked at what else I had available. Then I saw the fresh dill in my herb garden and my garden cucumber! Couldn’t be a more fresh and summery sandwich if I tried. So I added pumpkin seeds as well for added texture and nutrients. I hope you give this recipe a try! This Healthy Vegan Dill Hummus Sandwich is perfect if you’re looking for a new way to enjoy hummus. Let me know what you think! Enjoy 🙂
